Hand-selected for its clarity and complexity. With a cupping score of 85 or higher, our Night roast is crafted to enhance bolder notes, drawing out rich cacao character with a smooth finish in every cup.
This darker roast reduces natural fruitiness and acidity of the bean to let bolder notes shine. Leveled at a medium/dark to prevent the bite that can come with intensely dark roasts, the result is a smooth, rich, less complex cup with little to no acidity. Non-oily beans that work excellent for espresso.
A blend of Robusta and Arabica beans.
Shipping
Subscription shipments arrive via USPS or UPS depending on your location. Domestic orders ship from our Redford facility and typically arrive within five to seven business days. International subscriptions are available to select countries and ship via DHL with longer transit times. Tracking information is sent with every shipment.
Returns
